I Started 3 days ago. I Slowed Up On My Eating and i Power-Walk 2 miles every day on a treadmill
i guess im doing fine
just a coupple of ?'s though...

1. walking 2 miles at 3 mph takes appox. 42 min for me... thats bad right?

2. doing this the first day was hell. i went to sleep right after. the second day was a little better, i stayed awake. today, im feeling alot better, and even feel like i can go longer, mabey even do it at night. would you recommend it? or is this just a faze?

3.i dont eat anything before i start running which means yes i skip breakfast... a water and yogurt mabey.
advice?

they need aba therapy at home and have sensory needs and has been reccomended by our doctor to have horse back riding lessons and it is so costly. and insurance does not cover it.

I've been coughing up clear flem during the morning for a few months. I am a smoker (trying to quit). Today when I coughed it up there was a very small spot of blood in it. What's going on? I'm scared! Other than the flem, I feel like I'm in good health- I don't have trouble breathing unless my allergies are acting up, no fever, no sore throat, etc.

I am looking for information on breast reduction. I currently have a 34DD. This has caused deep grooves in my shoulders from my bra straps, back and neck aches, discoloration of the skin where my bra hold my chest up. Not to mention the fact that no matter what type of shirt I wear, my breasts make my entire upper body look larger. I'm slightly petite at a size 4, and they dont fit with the rest my body.

I was looking online and found two options:
A) Surgery
B) A hormone Pill

Can someone help me with ideas on cost? risks? procedures? doctors in FL or NY?
Also, any personal experience would help.

I can't find the answer anywhere. The only thing I'm allergic is to dust. I'm not taking meds. It's not dry skin - I feel it from the inside. I itch mostly the thighs, vagina, arms badly, neck, chest, neck and head. And I had an apparent dandruff issue. I do get this random red and inflamed bumps that look very much like bug bites (nothing comes out). Nothing has helped - not lotion, anti-allergy pills, nothing. ***Also to note, I do get occasional histamine break-outs too. Mostly on the face and lips. Just last for about five mintutes or so. It's as if my body is fighting something....and loosing. Help! I'm suffering! thanks

Is there any way to postporn a menstral cycle. I have heard that eating things will make it come faster, but is there anything that can be done to make it later.
