Hey, ive got this awful, itchy, painful rash down there...ive had it for like 4 days now and it hasnt got any better at all. Its awful I can hardly walk. I don't know what to do. I have sprayed it with the shower head with realli cold water for almost half an hour and it still hasn't made a difference...plz plz can somebody help me or give me some advice..I really dfon't wana go to the doctor or tell my parents i will be so embarrassed!!

When i go pee, right afterwords it feels like i have to pee really bad. Kinda like when you have a bladder infection. It's been going on for about a year now and i just wondered whats going on. I don't like to talk to my mom about things like that so don't tell me to tell mom or a doctor plz. I'm 13.

Mole removal, what leaves less of a scar freezing off or cutting out?
Went to several different dermatologists in the US. Most said they cut them out, some using a sharpened hole punch type device, then stitching up - cost $200 PER MOLE removed. Some say they can shave them off if they aren't deep. Another dermatologist freezes them off, $200 TOTAL (not per mole) for up to 14 moles, so if you had 14 done, it would cost $14.28/each from 200/14=$14.28. Which method leaves less of a scar? Anyone tried various methods? Which is best? Using the cut off method they also do a biopsy to check for cancer which is why that method costs about 10x as much. Links and before/after pictures would also be good if you can supply. Some are on the face so which method would leave a minimal scar?

i hurt my wrist. its my wrist bone that hurts. i went for an x-ray and they said it was fine. but it hurts so bad. i feel like its throbbing . does anyone know what this could be. my friend thinks i dislocated it but wouldnt that shown up on the x-ray?
im 15 by the way.

Alright I'm 20 and I’ve had my period for the last 11 years on schedule and everything... first off I know I’m not pregnant.. so don't even start that crap.. And two I have a dr. appt in two weeks and I’m going to ask this I just want to see if I am the only one or something.

Okay so I get my Period like clock work. Once a month every month and since I started taking the pill (about 5 years ago) I have started the same time the same day as the pills should make you do.. My question is that like when I was younger my periods were really heavy & bad and even so once I started the pill.. now they are hardly bad at all and I get by with using "lite" tampons for 6 hrs. this has been like this for about a year but I guess I never really noticed it.. so I was wondering has anyone else experienced this? also anyone else experience the "lite" period? Just wondering! Thanks!

I am having my period sometime this week, however i'm also going on vacation with my friend and her family! i've never used a tampon before and i try. but it seems like idn the tampon just wont go in. when i push it, it wont go in. i've tried it at least 20 times so i can get used to a tampon and i dont want to not swim on vacation! im really upset so please will someone tell me why tampons just dont go in for me?! its like idn. it just wont go in. i need help. so i'm on my period and i dont know how to use a tampon yet. today is the first day, and i have to go to florida on saturday. everyone swims in florida, right? so i just want to know if it hurts to use a tampon for the first time? i tried on my last period, and got the tampon all the way in me, but i just could push the cotton in without me crying from the pain. my mom told me that my vagina had never stretched that far before and it takes some time to get used to. i want to be able to swim in florida, but i don't want to be in pain while i use the tampon! does it hurt the second time you do it? and does VASOLINE help get it in and make it not hurt as much? please i need some advice. i am really worried.

P.S. please don't tell me what tampon to use, i already have the gentle glide SMALLEST size, and don't tell me to read the directions, cause i do it right. JUST ANSWER THE QUESTIONS ABOVE

i tried to get a lot of food groups in it
i had a bowl of oatmeal made with quaker oats and 1% milk, i sweetened it with honey, and topped it with blueberries for fruit, and peanut butter for protein.

i know it was probably a lot of calories.
but how much should i eat for the rest of the day??

I was diagnosed with an abnormal pap smear CIN2. No I have not had a pap smear in 1and a half years now. Am I at higher risk of developing cervical cancer now that I had CIN2, becasue I do nnot feel I need to get anymore pap smears done. I am 38 and am going thorugh pre menopuse. My last period was one drop of blood a few months ago, and nothing since. My mother went thorugh early menopuse at 34. I get discharge. But I do feel that that 1 drop of blood was my body telling me it will not be long beofre my periods cease. Anywa please tell me if I am at higher risk of cervical cancer becasue of my history, as I do not get pap smears anymore. Thank you, Leanne

I live in Boston with my wonderful boyfriend. But I'm from the South and I miss it so much. The people, the places, the way things are done, etc.

I get especially homesick because I have a bad habit of trying to make everyone happy and then I end up unhappy. For instance, we're going camping tomorrow, but even FURTHER north, and the people we're going with do everything so differently from how I grew up. So I've been trying to act happy and excited but now I'm dreading it. I didn't grow up eating fried rice or drinking alcohol on camping trips and now I'm really missing how I grew up.

This isn't the only thing that makes me homesick. I miss the food, the friendly attitude, everything.

I adore my boyfriend and don't want him to think i'm unhappy here- I'm not unhappy, just homesick. I also don't want to bring him down with me. He'd do anything in his power to make me happy but we can't move because his very specialized job is only in this area. What can I do to cope on my own?

I work at a desk job and am constantly looking at a computer. As well, I am also in a room of flourescent lights. I wear contacts too.

By the end of the day my eyes are so tired that I can hardly keep them open to watch TV. I'm not physically tired from the work day..it's just my eyes.

Is there anything I can do?

Im 13 years old and my cousin (same age but boy) always trys to hump me like it be on the computer with my other cousin in the basement where the guest bedroom is and he would try to hump me on the bed i try to stop but hes way too strong for me once he held me down and put his hand up my shirt i started hitting him and screaming but he never stopped im so uncomfortable and i already tryed talking to him. hes taller and stronger then me so everytime i try to get out he holds me back.
is this normal how can i stop it
