I work at a desk job and am constantly looking at a computer. As well, I am also in a room of flourescent lights. I wear contacts too.

By the end of the day my eyes are so tired that I can hardly keep them open to watch TV. I'm not physically tired from the work day..it's just my eyes.

Is there anything I can do?

Likely your eyes are dry. Could be the air conditioning in the office, lack of blinking (while working on computer the blink rate drops), dirty contacts, allergies, lack of sleep, smoking (you or others nearby), contact lens solution sensitivity......

Try taking more breaks while working, use contact lens rewetting drops and see your lens fitter to check out the lenses.

look away from the computer from time to time =go get a glass of water and drink it before going back to computer =wear lenses that shade so not to get as much light in eyes
