im 16, 5'5 129 pounds. ive lost around 50- 55 pounds in the past 5 months from eating 200-600 calories a day. Some times i would go 1-4 days without eating at all. I would only eat dinner, some days i would have an apple for breakfast. I hate eating food, i regret every little thing that i put into my mouth {even 1 little grape :( } i would not eat past 4:45 - 5:30 every day. I never ate any grains, dairy products and no meat. All i would eat was salmon, other type of fish, chicken, fruits, veggies, salsa, lettuce, corn on the cob. I ONLY drink water.. NO juice, milk, soda.

I want to recover from this but im really scared to tell my parents or even a friend, i dont like people thinking down on me. I really dont kno what to do. Sometimes i cry about this. i want to start eating healthy, back up to 1,200 calories a day. BUT i do not want to gain any weight in the process. any one who can help me out , i would apreciate it

I had surgery 2 months ago to remove adhesions from a c-section last April, but I'm still left with a heavy, painful feeling in my pelvis and my doctor suspects PCD but does not know much about it. I would love to hear any input anyone has on this disease.

Just wondering if anyone has ever tried it... if you did- did it work? How soon did you see results? Did you exercise as well ( how much )?

Recently, I have been experiencing mild panic attacks when I wake up in the morning. My mind races through all the things that are giving me anxiety; i.e - my job, finances, time, etc and I just lie there, half awake and my heart starts pounding. It's a very sick feeling and I want to get rid of my anxiety, but I don't know where to begin. And please don't suggest medication because I can't afford it.

I was recently prescribed 2.5 % selenium lotion for a fungus on my skin. I was told the fungus is pretty harmless and easy to get rid of. The directions say leave on for only 10 minutes then wash off. If I leave it on longer, is it possible to absorb enough through my skin to be toxic.

Me and my boyfriend's sister have started to go the gym for 30mins a day 3-4 times a week, straight from work.. we find it easier to go straight from work because it doesnt give us the chance to sit down at home and get comfortable

but is this enough?

we are not fat just very unfit and eventhe 30mins feels like a lifetime...

we do 20mins on the treadmill, which we adjust to a 7.0 hill slope which burns up to 184 calories and then we do 10mins on the cross trainer which burns 100calories (approx).

is this enough???

we weigh ourselves every week and have started to notice a difference.

Oxi-Med, the genital wart and herpes treatment cream?? I've heard bad things about aldera and do not want to try it. My dr. doesn't seemed concerned about my warts, I'm guessing maybe because I am pregnant they can't do other treatments. But I am sick of them, I've had them for about 2 months. I've tried at home remedy and none seem to work. Or maybe I'm just not doing it long enough. Can someone please help me. I can't change dr.s at the moment. But I found that Oxi-med cream online and wanted to order it, just wondering if it works. thanks.

I am 21 weeks pregnant and haven't exercised at all during my pregnancy. Before my pregnancy, I was somewhat active (pre-pregnancy weight was 125lbs and I am 5
6'). So far I have gained 10 lbs, mainly in my stomach, butt, and thighs. Is it too late (referring to preventing too much weight gain) to start an exercising regime, such as walking, swimming, yoga? I want to control my weight gain so I don't gain anymore than the recommended weight and so it's easier to lose after the baby is born. I also really need to start eating healthier (I don't eat a lot, but when I do eat, it's pretty much considered junk in my book). Tips and advice please from experienced moms that were in the same situation.
