I had surgery 2 months ago to remove adhesions from a c-section last April, but I'm still left with a heavy, painful feeling in my pelvis and my doctor suspects PCD but does not know much about it. I would love to hear any input anyone has on this disease.

I have Pelvic Congestion Syndrome as one of my many health problems and unfortunately there isn't a ton of information out there even now which is 4 years after I was diagnosed with it.

I find the pill has helped me to keep that in check. I've got a few friends that have it and did a special procedure to keep the veins from being a problem with the help of a special radiologist who put metal coils in to the vein.

Pelvic Congestion Syndrome is a condition that causes the veins in the pelvic area to act like what occurs when someone has varicose veins (the veins sticking out on the legs).

A good site that you may be able to find a bit of info on it is at: http://www.WebMD.com
