Are they going to operate and remove the gall bladder?
If it is affecting you this bad then try a low fat diet and ask GP to refer you for surgery.

Pain and discomfort of gallstones WILL make you feel tired , lethargic and depressed.

Hope you feel better soon X

I had gallstones for years and because of many circumstances and an helpful doctor. I often times became tired and depressed. I think it was because of the pain wither it was sever or mild but seemed to always be there or about to come. Pain keeps you from sleeping properly. And my gallstones kept me from eating often enough with the fear that even the "right" foods would cause me pain. Why haven't you scheduled the surgery? or have you? its quick, recovery is quick and the results for me were miraculous! Good luck and I bet you just need some good worry free sleep. Good luck and I hope this is all over for you soon.

Well I knew someone who I actually liked and he suffered from gallstones as well. Just to think of it he was depressed all the time too. Your normal everyone take things differently. Seek help. And I'm not saying professional help but just get some type of support from at least family & friends and you will be okay.
