I have two dumb bells. What is a good routine to use? I can curl each one about 15 times before I need to end the set....Half mass from the bottom, then half mass from the top, then full range of motion?? anything else??

If all you're trying to do is build endurance, increasing reps with full range of motion is fine...don't forget to lower very slowly.

If you're trying to increase strength or bulk, you need bigger dumbbells.

Hammer Curls - where your hands are turned so your palms are facing in towards each other and the head of the weight is pointing up

Angled Curls - angle the arms out to the sides slightly and keep the elbows pressed into the side of the body and curl the weight up

Concentraction Curls - get on your right knee with your left foot on the floor and place your left elbow on the inside of your left knee, curl the left arm in this position then switch

Preacher Curls - with the legs close together squat down keeping the back straight and place the elbows just above the knees, stay in this position as you curl the weights up and extend down

CrossBody Curls - holding the weights by your side alternate them as you curl the left weight up and across towards your right shoulder lower down and repeat with the other side
