Just wondering if anyone has ever tried it... if you did- did it work? How soon did you see results? Did you exercise as well ( how much )?

Yes... I felt very deprived and it got old really quick. Plus I felt hungry all the time. I lost 6 lbs in 2 weeks. But its like Slim-Fast diet, once you stop you gain the weight back. Its not worth it to me.

I tried this for 1 week and by friday I felt like I was going to throw up. I was sooooo sick. So fo lunch I went and got a salad instead of eating the special K and on the salad I put everything you can think of, lots of cheese, dressing, ham.... I felt sooo much better after I done that. I think it was because I was not getting enough fat and cals. in my diet and when I finally got some (thanks to the salad) my body stopped being in "survival" mode and I felt better. They say you could lose up to 16 lbs in 2 weeks, well I didn't lose anything in 1 so really I don't know if it is worth it.

special K is not a diet - its marketing strategy.
its far from being the best cereal on the market - try Kashi instead.
there is no easy way out to lose weight.

i eat this every morning even if im not up to eating it. i force feed it because i know it helps me lose weight and breakfast is good for you. i lost alot of weight eating this and fruits and vegetables. my moms friend lost 100 pounds by just eating this and fruits and vegetables nothing else.
