This will solve your problem
No smoking or alcohol.
Avoid all types of chillies and fat diet .
Take Yogurt Cream Free.
Take light meals.
Vegetable diet.
Avoid meat.
Walk after every meal.

Talk to your Dr. to prescribe you a good Antacid

I got mine out 5 years ago and I still have heartburn..try protonix or priloc and beware of the bowels mine sometimes have no control especially when i eat chocolate.Good Luck

i had my gallbladder removed in may and still having all the symothms i started out with and this is july ....so good luck :)

Yes it does settle down-If you have had these symptoms before beware incase you have got a hiatus hernia

eat small portions, avoid fatty foods or foods that worsen symptoms. symptoms likely will improve or cease over time.
