Honestly that is not a healthy amount of weight to lose in a month. A lot of the times the first two weeks you loss the most weight then it slows down. I think a better goal is 25 lbs. Remember the weight was not put on in a month so it takes a while to lose it. Eating is about 70% of the formula to lose weight. Stay away from fried foods and foods with a lot of gravy. Salads are okay but eat them with vinegarette dressings (light). Drink plenty of water and keep starches like rice and potatoes to a minimum. If you could get in 30 to 45 mins of cardio in a day you should see some real results. Raise your matabolisim but eating 5 to 6 small meals daily.

you take a very sharp knife and start slicing the fat off your body, that's the only way to lose that much in such a short time, and of course you would be a fool to do so. Get realistic, you didn't gain 50 pounds overnight, or even over the course of one month, you are not going to lose it that fast either. In fact it generally takes three times as long to lose excess weight as it did to gain it in the first place. If you are serious about losing weight, you have to be serious about changing your lifestyle to a healthier one. There are many websites that will help you with weightloss, but you have to be realistic about what you can accomplish.

50 lbs in one month is near impossible not to mention very unsafe. it is recommended that you only lose 1/2-2lbs per week. any faster and it can hurt you, plus you'll gain it right back. but its also normal to lose more the first couple of weeks on a diet. just watch your calories (try about 1200-1500 per day) and start exercising 30-60 minutes per day. but don't try to starve yourself of overwork yourself cause it'll only bite you in the butt! Also drink 6-8 glasses of water a day, but no more and that should help kickstart the weight loss. Good Luck!

do cardio and weight training..most days of the week.
that way you will lose fat (cardio) and gain muscle (weights) so ull look thinner than you are bc ull be leaner.

My mom did in 2 months, but that's only because she got really sick all of sudden, and all she could eat was spinach, chicken fish, and cream of wheat. No seasonings, not ANYTHING else. And she could only drink water. I don't know, she's really skinny now, but everyone is different. And you have to have extreme self control to be successful with a diet like hers...

Try cutting off your left leg.
That'll drop about 50 lbs, without much real work.

50 lbs in a month is not realistic, if you want weight to stay off you need to eat healthy and exercise daily, the weight didn't get there over night and it isn't going to fall off over night.
