I recommend a chiropractor for this. They can do wonderful things for disc problems. Many people disagree , but chiropractic treatment has evolved and is not the old pop and crack method anymore.

Slip disc can be cured in 3 to 6 months by doing meditation based on self realization for half an hour daily under the guidance of an experienced spiritual teacher.

Definitely see a Chiropractor first ! Dont make the same mistake I did by seeing a regular doctor who referred me to a surgeon who scared the pi$$ out of me , He told me I was going to end up in a wheelchair so I let him operate ...I have lived with constant pain now since 1983 because the surgery was unnecessary and now I have scar tissue from the surgery that has trapped my nerve endings and encased them in calcium !

Now I have degenerative disc disease and live on morphine and percocet painkillers ! I finally saw a chiropractor who has helped me immensely he says he only wishes he had got to me first !! Trust me on this ...see a chiropractor first !
