i tried to get a lot of food groups in it
i had a bowl of oatmeal made with quaker oats and 1% milk, i sweetened it with honey, and topped it with blueberries for fruit, and peanut butter for protein.

i know it was probably a lot of calories.
but how much should i eat for the rest of the day??

peanut butter is not for protein - its a good source of healthy fats though.
it depends on how many calories you are supposed to have in a whole day but it looks like you have had a real good and healthy breakfast that will jumpstart your metabolism. (you should be having about 1/4 of daily calories for breakfast, e.g. if i should be having 1800cal/day to lose weight i will have about 400-450cal for breakfast)
