Your question is: [Has] anyone had [or do they] get sinus troubles? My answer is: Yes. They do. You are not the only person on the planet that does (this appears to be what you were wondering). Yahoo!Answers is plagued with people asking subjective questions without thinking through the actual answer they are seeking. For example, perhaps you intended to ask "What are some good remedies for sinus troubles?" (which there are tons of answers for already within Yahoo!Answers and the Internet in general). In short, I'm not sure what you are really asking. Do other people have these symptoms sometimes? Yes. Is it entirely from sinus trouble? Probably not. "Sinus trouble" isn't a disease that causes other symptoms, it's a symptom itself caused by allergies or other maladies. The best I can reason-out what you are asking is "Do sinus troubles sometimes come with other symptoms?" to which my answer is: Yes. Of course.

I was two days into a sinus infection last week. Started to drink 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar + 16 oz water one time a day and I was perfectly fine a day and a half later. It can be hard to get down but sure worth a try. They say to take the apple cider vinegar daily if you are a chronic sinusitis sufferer. Also use saline spray daily to keep your passages clean. Use it as a rinse at least weekly, directions are on the bottle. As mentioned from others remove your allergens as much as possible. By doing what I have mentioned I no longer take prescription meds for my sinus issues.

Take up the carpet in your house. That's not really a natural cure, but trust me... the amount of dust and allergins it eliminates is amazing! I wouldn't have believed it till I did it myself. I've been plauged my whole life with horrible sinus trouble, infections all the time. Since I've taken all the carpet out of my house and replaced it with hardwood, I'm only sick maybe once a year. But different strokes for different folks. Your allergies may or may not be the culprit. Just a tip. Good luck I know how horrible it is to have sinus trouble.

get a netti pot. I saw it on an episode of oprah with Dr. oz. It's the mini watercan looking thing that yoiu use to fill one nostril with a salt water solution. it travels into the sinuses and drains out the other nostril.
All these people were on the show claiming that it cured their sinus infections, asthma and allergy problems, and its so easy!

I was given this recipe by a friend. It works pretty good. I also have bad sinus trouble:
*5 drops of each of the following essential oils: Lavender, Eucalyptus and Thyme
*35-40 drops olive oil(cold pressed/extra virgin)
*Mix together in 2oz dropper bottle
*Fill remainder of bottle with nasal saline.
*Tilt head back and put a full drop in each side of your nose.
*Pinch nose and tilt head back for aprox 90 seconds then forward for aprox 90 seconds.
*Fight the need to sneeze.
Hope this helps.

Ocean Spray or Nasal saline seems to ward off most sinus infections for me, I know that hot and spicey food, Peppers etc.. can help clear the sinus, and if you call it natural, breathe right strips help you breathe and open them up..

Eucalyptus.
I use these Eucalyptus infused beads marketed under the name "Sinus Help"
They are perfect for planes, the office, etc. They are in a muslin bag, and yoiu hold it to your nose and sniff.
That simple and it slowly clears your sinuses.
You can make infused beads yourself, but eucalyptus is the key.
