About $80 in the Boston area. Then throw in some money for a prescription painkiller (few days worth).

At that point you need to worry about what to do next with that hole in your jaw - which always costs money to deal with (implant, bridge, wait-till-adjacent-ones-need-pulling, etc).

it's usually $80 for the x-ray (unless you already have that) and around $150 to get it pulled

If you have no insurance, go to a local university's school of dentistry. If they are state funded, they should allow you to make payments.
