I like the over the shoulder approach me being a woman myself. Its like the man has more control because your weight is more evenly distributed on him so he can carry you easier than the traditional after-the-marriage, over-the-threshold type of hold. That hold always makes me feel like I'm too heavy for them after just a few steps and it makes me wanna get down. I only weigh about 126 myself but I am 5'4. If you work out though and are used to curling around at least 100lbs. you should be able to lift her with ease. If you don't and your 150 lbs. or less you will definitely have some problems.

For an average man it wouldn't be so difficult to lift you. If you want your man to carry you some distance, a shoulder carry is advisable, but if you like to be carried, the cradle carry is more exciting. When your man lifts you up, wrap your arms around his neck tight, and incline yourself a little towards him; you will seem to weigh less for him in this manner. Also, step on a chair and have him grab you from there: it's a lot easier than picking you up from the floor. If you are in the correct position, he can even carry you up a staircase. If you wish to see how I lift my wife, e-mail me at: ralph_gutman@yahoo.com
to send you a couple of pics

If it were me, I'd just put them over a sholder. But if there are two people then just grab the legs and arms. It wouldn't be very hard at all for short distances. Now if you have to haul them miles then I'd probably go with a piggy back. Easy!

I'm 125 lbs and even young boys can lift me, so I suppose it is easy for a man. Here's my best friend's young brother lifting her and me with his arms easily, he can even lift another girl on his shoulders, he weighs the same as I do.

Well im a man but Im a bodybuilder so it would be easy for me to carry her, but for the average man It probably would'nt be an overwhelming task but they would probably be straining a little. A women unless shes lifts weights probably could'nt carry her very far. The best way to carry a person is two ways, either the Baby style, or the sack of potatoes style. Baby style is carrying them like a cradled baby one arm under the back and one arm under the knees. Sack of potatoes style is the military style throw the person over your shoulder and carry them like a sack of potatoes.

126lbs should be relatively easy for the average man. Easiest way is her thighs on his shoulders with him holding the knees and her head unfortunately by his backside while she grabs his waste. That's usually what you see in races.

Why need to get rid of a body? I'd through it over my shoulder and carry it out that way.
Now if we aren't talking dead bodies it all depends on your motive. Sometimes I'll scoop my girlfriend into my arms and care her to the couch/bedroom/dining room table that way. Sometimes she'll just jump into my arms.
