It could be any number of things, and most of them are not good. Have someone take you to the emergency room. If the pressure starts to affect your breathing, call for an ambulance.

Most likely it's heartburn, but it may be a heart attack if you have risk factors like age>50, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, smoking, or obesity. Try an antacid if one is handy. If that doesn't take care of it, call your doctor or go to the ER !!!

You don't say your age or any other info. This could be a heart attack symptom but there are many other variables. Maybe call Ask-A-Nurse at your local clinic or hospital. Probably should be checked out and soon.
