I can't find the answer anywhere. The only thing I'm allergic is to dust. I'm not taking meds. It's not dry skin - I feel it from the inside. I itch mostly the thighs, vagina, arms badly, neck, chest, neck and head. And I had an apparent dandruff issue. I do get this random red and inflamed bumps that look very much like bug bites (nothing comes out). Nothing has helped - not lotion, anti-allergy pills, nothing. ***Also to note, I do get occasional histamine break-outs too. Mostly on the face and lips. Just last for about five mintutes or so. It's as if my body is fighting something....and loosing. Help! I'm suffering! thanks

Sounds like a possible detox. Look into raw foods diets on line, lots of raw poduce (alone, not matched) try get your pH in balance.

Try some lymphatic massage. If this does not work, consider getting some tests run by an MD. Your body may be fighting an invader of some sort.

Good luck...

Persistent itching can be caused by allergies to food or medications and by skin disorders such as scabies (which don't always have visible signs). The burning sensation you've experienced could be a sign of nerve inflammation. A physical exam is needed to find the cause of your itching. If your physician can find no treatable cause, he or she may recommend an oral anti-histamine to relieve the symptoms. And good luck.

I was looking yesterday to help a middle-aged very nice co-worker who has painful tingling in arms and legs and her mouth and tongue, sometimes cheeks too. Came through to a health chat room. Lots of women with variations on this problem. One thing in common - early stage of menopause, and hormones fluctuating like crazy. It seems two things seem to help. Both natural vitamins and minerals. B-complex for B1, B2, B9 and B12. And even more helpful is alpha lipoic acid. Can give you more info if you think iti is the right direction. Enter your symptoms and 'Mayo Clinic' into a search engine. . freddie

I have the same for years to find out it was stress. The doctor prescribed cortisone tablets 1mg, and benadryl 25mg for itching.

How about trying anti-anxiety meds. This can help when you feel it is from the inside out.

If you've tried everything, you should definitely go see a doctor A.S.A.P.
