The Gillian McKeith detox diet is basically full of fresh fruit and vegetables, along with grains and pulses, and includes no dairy, wheat, meat, fish or processed food. You have fresh fruit smoothies, vegetable juices, herbal teas, and salads filled out with grains and pulses. You could, for example, have a fruit smoothie for breakfast, a salad with beans for lunch, and a baked sweet potato with vegetables for tea.

Eat all fruit and vegetables for 2 weeks. That is a good way to detox your body also, you could fast, for about a week or two. (Note: when fasting, only drink water, some people think you don't drink when fasting.) Or you could take Experience from Awareness that will clean your colon out.
Good luck, and remember to detox in a healthy manner.

Personally I don't think detox diet is good esp for my case ( I have gastric problem) as it is not a natural way to lose weight or get healthy. Perhaps, u shd find out the main cause of yr problem so that u can focus on how to manage it thru a better way.
