ok so i definitley ahve the muscle aspect covered, i jsut want to lose that extra layer of fat on top of the muscles... .i also have the dieting thing covered, and have also lost a decent amount of weight in the past couple weeks, but it only shows a little because i'm not really burning much of the fat. ive been doing light weights some other stuff for muscle, and it sort of shows, but theres that stubborn layer of pudge over it. not a lot, but i'd like it to be more under control for summer...
just if anyone has any suggestions for exercises that dont take a lot of time (end of high school junior year crunch). help!

United State is sick (Fat) It is incredible how these people are very, I mean very fat. It seams like all the advertising about eat less and more exercise, is not working. It seems to be like americans do not watch what they eat. They buy every thing at mcdonalds, jack in the box and all the fast food available in the market. The excuse: "I got to work early and do not have time to cook". latinos familie's culture is very rich about this. They like to cook and eat healthy and that's their culture. American should learn about these people. Americans need to start cooking at home. It is more healthy. Once they are fat, now they want to work out. Too late dudes, the body is already destroyed.

I know that looks are not everything, but he is just gaining weight left and right. All he does is sleep and eat, well he works too. He is 5'7" and weighs 250lbs. We are getting married in two months and two weeks, and I would like him to lose some weight. What is the best way to go about this?

I have been sick for about 2 week, constant nausia and a low grade fever, light cramps/pains.... no other symptoms...it was CONSTANT and for the last week has only been for about 4 hours or so in the morning....

i have been feeling better the last 2 or 3 days and eating more, and gaining weight back (i had lost about 5 lbs over the last week)....

anyways, they did urine and blood tests...but no fecal tests...i was wondering if a parasite would have shown up in a blood test. thanks

theres a disorder where people pretend they're sick for attention. i'm not taking about that. I mean like when people lie or make up stories about themselves to get attention from people. Or is it the same thing?

I will be finished my exams soon and i want to start exercising and eating properly. Having tried going to the gym and running etc. in the past but getting bored easily, i thought about the possibility of buying some rollerblades. Has anybody used this form of exercise before? Could you please suggest how effective it is, as well as the amount of time needed to do it in order for results to show? I live next to a promenade and want to tone up my lower body, so any other forms of fun, effective exercise you could suggest doing would be a great help too. Thanks

It's almost been a year since the injury took place. I was playing basketball and came down a little wierd and ended up tearing the MCL and partially tearing/stretching the ACL. My doctor said that I should be ok to continue playing ball as long as I am continually doing physical therapy to rehab it. However, when I run it feels very unstable and I am afraid that it will get worse if anything were to go out again. So I'm wondering what are the chances of a successful ACL reconstruction, about how much the surgury will cost, recovery time, etc. Basically, any information abt. an ACL/MCL injury and surgury. Thanks.

ok i was wondering if anyone new how many calories you have to burn off to equal one pound. i need to lose weight bad and fast. my dr told me to count how many calories i normally eat and subtract 500. well one a normal day i eat between 1000-1500 so i am gonna drop down to about 700. so if i eat 700 calories aday and then burn 1000 how fast can i loose weight? i know this sounds unhealty but i am morbidly obese and i need to loose it pretty fast. my health is startin to go down the drain. please answer honestly and if you can't be nice about it then please don't answer! thanks

I was just diagnosed with food allergies to dairy, soy, and tree nuts. As of right now if I eat them I get extremely sick (vomiting, bathroom trips, not pretty). Is it possible if I keep eating these foods that it will grow into the typical rash-hives-itchy allergies?

I am a 16 year old female who is 5'5 and weights 128 lb. Just recently I've been experiencing chest pain right above my rib cage and on my sternum. It's more of an aching pain and it's kind of sharp. I have a history of mitral valve prolapse, heart murmur, and hypertension. I am intending on seeing my doctor (no, I'm not going to be stupid and leave something that could be serious up to Yahoo! Answers) but I'm just looking for a quick answer as to what it may be.

Thanks.
:)
