Calories are tricky. I'm sorry that I don't have precise figures on this. I have been in your position. I am not any more. Check out the photo. I'm looking pretty good. The keys are lots of water. I mean 15 glasses or more a day. Take water with you every where, back pack, car etc and drink when you aren't doing anything else. but the major trick is to get moving. You don't have to have a exercise regimen per se but go walking every day or hit the pool. and not just once a day. walk in the morning and evening, or use your bike. Explore your neighborhood or town and have fun doing it. Go to the library or city hall. Watch a court case. hit the zoo or the park. but keep moving!! The pounds will fall off faster than you think and one day you will look in the mirror and wonder who the hell is that? Also... Get rid of all your "fat" cloths. it makes going up and down in weight to easy.

good luck

the thing you need to understand is that if you eat under 1200 calories a day your body is going to think you are starving and hold on to everything you eat for dear life. a great place to look for a good menu for you to start with is oxygenmag.com i read their magazine and have lose 30 lbs. It's not going to be be easy but nothing worth anything ever is... good luck!
