the best way is to keep it simple. Watch what you eat and excerise.

try to incorporate excerise into your life. (ex. when going to the mall, walk instead of drive, walk to work, take the stairs instead of elevators ect...)

the small things help alot.

Try something different from the usual, but affordable, Traditional Chinese Medicine seems to work, it takes off 12 pounds and eight inches in six weeks doing 10 simple gentle movements and using eating foods for healing. The program is called The Dragon's Way. Try it for six weeks!! you will love it without a doubt! just type "The Dragon's Way in a google or yahoo search box. No hard sweaty exercise needed to get you slim and lean, try "The Dragon's Way". This is so much easier than military boot camp or that other crap! Remember most weightloss programs only address the symptoms of weight problems, but not the "cure" or "root cause" of weight problems. Lose the weight once and for all. Good luck buddy!! Happy weightloss!!!

Don't eat. You'll loose weight and save money.

All kidding aside, I found that when I started to eat healthy, I spend about the same of a little less than when I ate fast food a lot.

I was spending about $20 a day when eating poorly, and I was in the worst shape of my life. Now, I spend about $15 a day; that is with 3 shakes a day, and 3 small homemade meals. I do this 6 days a week, and one day a week, I eat whatever I want. This is the Body for Life plan, and it has worked for me.

I started out at 254lbs and was able to slim down to about 205 in 6 months. I have been able to retain this fitness for well over two years, now.

I'm not saying this works for everyone, but it certainly worked for me. Good luck!

Here is the most tested, sure-fire, best ever plan to loose weight. It beats out any pill, tea, or thing out there! It's called eating healthy and exercise. No pill will make you loose weight. You can't gain if you don't put it in your mouth. Eat six small meals a day. Do not drop below 1200 cals. Work off more than what you put in.

First off, I will tell you that you don't need to spend a lot of money to lose weight. You don't need special exercise equiptment, diet pills, or specialy made food from Jenny craig or even do weight watchers. Just eat better and exercise. It is very important that you eat when dieting. For breakfast, try oatmeal, special K, or any cereal that isn't frosted or has sugars. I ususally add sweetner to mine. If you don't like cereal, try 1 egg with 1 egg white with a half of a bagel and some orange/apple juice. For lunch, eat a can of soup that is not creamed, with some fat free crackers and a low fat granola bar. For dinner, eat a non breaded chicken breast..maybe add some italian seasonings or lemon pepper, have a baked potato. If you like broccoli, you can buy the broccoli and cheese in the frozen isle, and put that over it. It is low fat. For a desert, try sugar free pudding.

Just remember that you have so many options available to you.

find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Diet pills don't work. Limit yourself to just 1500 calories a day. Eat a balanced and healthy diet. Avoid junk food and fast food. Work up to running 30 minutes everyday.

if you can stand it, drink slim fast or the generic equivalent for at least one or two meals a day - the calories are perfectly portioned, and there is stuff in there to make yourself feel fuller. if you buy it in bulk (like a 12 pack) you can have like 12 meals total, that break down to about 33 cents a meal. not to mention, vegetables are also inexpensive, as are soups. hope this helps :)
