I have been dieting eating whole wheat pita sandwhiches with lot of lettuce,vegetables and cooked chicken breast, whole wheat pasta and also incoperating a lot of fruits in my meals, no fruit juices, no chocolates, no chips , no cheese no rice.
For Exercise:I go to the gym atleast 6 days a week.
I do cardio for 30 minutes then and the remaining excerise for another 1 hour but my weight is the same ont he weighing scale it is quite frustrating.
I drink the 8 glasses of water too.Could anyone tell what is it that I am doing wrong.Any suggestions??
