I use to walk everyday a mile or more and I lost 35lbs. but I sit hrer telling myself to get moving and i don't! why? I am getting a gut and I guess I think the neighbors will say that I gained weight during the winter, I guess I am embarrassed I let myself get bigger. Help!

Sounds like you're a bit run down just now because life is a b-itch and you feel under pressure to work such long hours. You're tired and wmotional and somehow your worried mind has focussed on feeding you up. That combined with a lack of exercise is affecting your weight and lowering your self esteem. (I've been there - many people have).

What anyone else thinks is really not so important in the long run - do they have to do anything about it - no, it's your problem, only you can supply a solution. The thing here is - I'm not going to tell you exactly what you should do - you are. If you follow someone else's advice, that gives you an out - "hey, it was too hard coz they don't really know my needs..." Only you can make the necessary changes to your outlook on the things going on around you!

If you decide to set an exercise plan, be realistic, you won't be able to run double marathons within a fortnight, you won't have the build of Arnold Schwarznegger in the same period. BUT, you might be able to make smaller changes like taking the stairs (not the lift or the escalator), eventually, your ability to walk longer distances will return, but you must take it slowly - you didn't get to the state you are in overnight, so you're not going to fix everything overnight. Little and often is the key - you may even find yourself thinner and fitter than you have been in years. This will have another positive effect of improving how you feel about yourself.

Trust yourself. Figure out what is making you work 50 hours a week (I think you're underestimating this figure) and cut yourself some space to socialise and meet new friends. You are in control of your own life - you can choose to give that control away or you can do something with it. This is such a tough step - It might call for reorganising your whole day / week / month but the planning you need to help you set your goals will pay dividends by demonstrating (to yourself and others) that you are able to take control.

Best of luck in making it happen

Hm... with meals he is inspired commonly, mainly with uncooked meat. However he is choosy with meals; he does not relatively like puppy biscuits but when I have a few uncooked meat, and even cooked meat, he will get inspired (ESPECIALLY with the uncooked meat). He's additionally toy inspired, together with his rope toys, nonetheless, if I allow him off leash of path he'd opt for to chase birds/cats as an alternative than play together with his rope toy. And compliment... hm... good, I've virtually taught him plenty of matters utilising simply compliment. His tail begins to wag each time I name him a "GOOD BOY" in a completely satisfied voice, LOL. But from all of the ones, I consider meals and toys are his quality motivations however even then, nothng is one hundred% (akin to take into account with the ones).
