Nope. As long as he keeps it clean (which as one, it's very easy; takes very few seconds once a day) he'll be fine. That's the only 'inconvenience' there is to being uncircumcised; I don't consider it an inconvenience, though.

Most guys in the world are uncircumcised. The USA is the only advanced nation who does it a lot still, but rates are going down a lot (in some states it's as low as 14%). See the link below.

As with anything, everything has advantages and disadvantages. Being uncircumcised has advantages too, for example, circumcision has been found to reduce sensitivity/pleasure in the long run and make masturbation more difficult (oddly enough that's how it was promoted in the 1800s in the USA):

So just use it to your advantage. You know, that foreskin slides up and down when you grab it, so you can use it to rub the head and stimulate him. And since it's already lubricated on the inside, there's no need for lubes (unless you want them).

(Added in response to other posts) As far as STDs go, studies have found it for both ways. Here's one that found that circumcised guys have higher rates, for example:

My view is that if you have a lot of partners and practice unprotected sex, you're bound to eventually get an STD, but if you're clean and smart, you'll generally be safe. =)

As far as HIV/AIDS infections go, when comparing industrialized countries, the USA has the highest level of circumcisions, yet we still have the highest level of HIV/AIDS infections. That's using CIA statistics (uncircumcised Europe and Japan have lower rates):

To a man's over all general health, no. However, there are studies suggesting that men who are uncircumcised are more susceptible to STDs and HIV. But, even if this is so, I don't recommend you go rushing to you doctor to be circumcised. Also, on a social level, when it comes to having sex, I as a woman who have encounters with men circumcised and uncircumcised, I find that the circumcised is far cleaner and easier to deal with because men with uncircumcised penis sometimes forget to pull back the skin and wash properly. However, I noticed that men with uncircumcised penises are more sensitive to touch. I hope this helps

All that matters is that he keep themselves clean. It doesn't mean he is dirty if he is uncircumsized. Most girls haven't ever dated a guy that WAS circumsized. All he has to do is pull back the foreskin when he washes himself. Its not a bad thing---its natural.

No, most certainly not. It is a little harder to clean but it is totally fine. I have a friend that is uncircumsized and his is just fine.

I consider circumcision to be male genital mutilation.
it's not unhealthy if he cleans it daily, it might not look as good as acircumcized penis, but it's alot more sane.

As long as the foreskin is drawn back and the area washed thoroughly daily, being uncircumcised is not at all unhealthy.

Chow!!
