If your taking them to up your protein as a in between meal - Labrada Lean Body in Choc or Van is a good choice. Just don't rely on them for a real meal, eating clean is a better route to go.

none of them are really good. they're OK once in a while for a quick fix, but you're much better off learning to eat right. if you start using them and stop, you'll gain all teh weight back and then some. just eat wellbalanced meals with proper portion control.

The chocolate ones and the vanilla comes in 2nd.
They are pretty much the same. If this for a nursing home, make sure they are being fed it; not just tossed away as usually done if you don't make certain of it.
