Hello! Most of the time Tesiticular cancer doesn't affect someone under the age of 16, however an 18 yr. in my hometown was just diagnosed with testicular cancer. So ifyou freind is concerned that he might have testicular cancer then I would suggest seeing a doctor.

Most people under 16 don't have testicular cancer, but yes it can happen.

Good luck to your friend!

It would affect any male no matter what the age. He should see his doctor and ask the questions he needs answered. The doctor is qualified, trained, and licensed to give him proper medical advice. Good luck to him.
