No snacks, nothing with fat. Maybe Low fat etc. I drink alot of water. Yesterday I weighed myself as weighing 161. Now today I weigh 168. I took my weight after I went to pee, because pee weights. Any idea why this is happening.
Also, I don't know this.
I workout and do cardio activity, I've been doing it for about 1 month or more, and my stomach doesn't become harder nor smaller. I do ab workouts too. Any ideas? Thanks

Weight does vary. Water weight is a lot of it. As disgusting as it is, we have approximately 20 lbs of waste product in our digestive tract at any given time. Also our weight fluxuates approximately 5 lbs over the course of the day which is why its important to weight yourself at the same time each day.

The best way to lose weight is cardio. If you are trying to lose weight you should do cardio everyday. You should do cardio at least 3-4 times a week. But you need to make sure your cardio is hitting the target heart rate.

But your stomach is difficult. It needs intense ab workouts--make sure you do twice as much obliques and lower abs as upper abs in order to get definition.

Also make sure your healthy is really healthy. Eatting 6 times daily. Eatting the right proportion. And eatting the right ratio of veggies to meat. No snacks and nothing with fat is a good start but there is so much problem with what we eat in America that you could still be eatting high calorie or too much protein preventing you from losing that stomach fat.

Also the stomach is one of the hardest areas to lose.
