(I went to see a psychiatrist a while ago who diagnosed me with panic disorder, but I decided against taking meds for it.)

Symptoms:
Every morning when I wake up, and for a few hours after that, I always feel like I'm going to pass out or something. I eat a good breakfast and even carry stuff around to have between classes, but I'll feel really dizzy, and as of recently, it's not really shortness of breath, but I'll feel like I can't take in a really deep breath of air. Every so often, I'll feel this lump in my throat.. not like a tight anxiety kind of lump, but it feels like dried mucus or something like that, and I don't know wtf it is. It also seems like if I'm just standing straight in one position for a long time, I get really lightheaded. Because of the anxiety, I think it caused GERD on the side, and I feel nauseated or just really awful in the pit of my stomach and get heartburn a lot also, and it sucks.

I just want to know if this would be worth getting checked out.

About 2 weeks ago I started with cold symtoms and they became worse and I started on antibiotics(amoxicillin). The doctor seemed to think this was a sinus infection. I always get bronchitis and that is where this has seemed to land now that it drained out of my head. The biggest problem is a constant earache. When I went to the doctors they told me there was no infection just alot of fluid behind the eardrum causing the pain. Its now been 2 weeks and I finished the antibiotics. I am still experiencing extreme ear pain in the inner ear and I am taking about 10-15 tabs of ibuprofen a day for the pain.
Any suggestions?

I just bought CLA (Conjugated Linolic Acid) from GNC and I work out 4-5 days a week (run 10-15 miles a week; plus 1-2 days of strenght training) but I have a good 5-10 lbs that I need to lose. Has anyone tried this to know if it works. An article in her muscle fitness claims it does.

I've talked to several doctors about it. My doctor says to talk to my orthodontist because I had rubber bands on my braces, but my ortho just said "that has nothing to do with me." (And I'm sure that my braces/bands were where I got it)

My dentist passed it off like it was nothing and just told me to take Ibuprofen (this is not a solution!). My roommate had the surgery, but my physical therapist (for my knees. I'm a walking disaster at the age of 20!) says he has never heard of a surgery for TMJ problems.

My jaw is always "locked" (it won't open past a certain point). I haven't been able to chew straight or open my mouth straight in years, I have just learned to chew crooked like a cow chewing its cud. I have just learned to deal and push it out when it locks up. Sometimes it becomes very painful and sore. The only thing that has helped so far is the fact that I quit chewing gum.

What do I do now?

My daughter has horribly crooked bottom teeth, and is missing a baby tooth as well. The dentist has even told me to start putting away money for the orthodontist bills. Is there any reason for me to take her now for an orthondontic evaluation or do I need to just wait it out for a few more years? I just didn't want to miss out on any opportunities for early intervention that will help minimize the orthondonist bills down the road.

My MD put me on Motrin 800's and this Skelaxin stuff because of severe muscle pain and tension in my back and neck. I was in a lot of pain. The Motrin helps, but I feel strange when I take Skelaxin. I've taken 2 doses, and I've experienced headache, severe stomach cramping, a little bit of nervousness or irritability, and then of course I feel sleepy, light-headed, and totally "out of it" when I've taken it. I've noticed I cant really think clearly while on it, it's like I'm confused or something, and my pulse is very slow, a lot slower than my normal heart rate would be. I'm not too sure I like how Skelaxin makes me feel. Are these things normal for this drug, or should I stop using it and tell my MD to give me something else? I definately cant take the recommended 3 or 4 pills a day, I've only taken one for the last 2 days, any more I dont think I'd be able to function at all. What's the deal with this stuff? Are the effects I'm having serious or nothing? Please help.
