I just need a time frame, thanks. :) I've been on it a month and my blood pressure is only down from 155/105 to 155/95.

The approach to hypertension management includes more than a diuretic alone. I'd need to know what else you are doing to manage your hypertension. However, a drop in diastolic pressure from 105 to 95 is excellent.

I recently read a study about 80 people with high blood pressure on NO medication.

They all had Chiropractic adjustments. Forty had the top two vertebrae or the Atlas adjusted. Forty had the adjustment and no Atlas adjustment.

The 40 who what the Atlas adjusted all had their blood pressure to normal. The other group had no drop. I found this really amazing. It might pay to get that adjustment. They are a breeze.

I have had Chiropractic adjustment for my lifetime and have never had high blood pressure. So Apparently it has paid off.
