find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Try doing some cardio that incorporates light weights. Like step aerobics (the firm) Or just jog for 30-60 a day and tone up with light weights 3 times a week.

I hope you're not a guy... even 115lbs for a guy is way too small. Most guys want to put ON weight, not get rid of it. I personally have been trying to gain weight for a few years now, and am finally getting to my target goal of 165. I'd be extremely embarassed if I was any less then 140...

If youre a girl, run a lot and eat healthy and you'll get there :)

I'm about 116 and already really skinny! I'm short too. I'd say you are at a lovely weight but if you wanna lose just a little more... go for a morning jog every day. To tone, do a few sit ups or push ups.

Unless you are unusually short, 115 is a healthy weight - you may even be slightly underweight depending on your height. Weight training will help you tone muscle, but I would not suggest you try to lose any weight.

Depending on how tall you are 115 is small. You don't want to look like a stick do you? I little bid of curve is good otherwise you'll look like a skinny little boy.
