Ok, so like the majority of America...I am trying to lose weight. I've cut my calories to 1000-1200 a day. I go to Curves 5 times a week and push as hard as I can. On Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday (weather permitting), I take my dog for a 1.5 mile walk (along with going to Curves). On Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday I will walk the dog for a mile and then ride the exercise bike for at least 20 minutes. I also cut out bread, pasta, and potatoes and most sugar. Is there anything else I can do?
