make sure that the exercise you do is Aerobic. If your doing strength training it is possible your turning some fat into muscle which weighs more anyways.

Go Running for at least 30 mins at a time if your capable and make sure you keep your heart rate up. Losing weight is more about duration of exercise with proper diet then it is about intensity of the exercise.

So consult with your Dr. about what your max heart rate is, discuss with the Dr. what you want to do, and I'm sure the Dr. can suggest where you want to be percentage wise for it while you exercise.

You shouldn't worry about your weight, but the health of the weight.

Are you eating smaller portions? 6 small meals a day raises your metabolism which burns calories/fat. Sounds like you may need to talk to a doctor. If you're doing everything right. You may have a health condition. What's your hieght, wieght, calorie & fat intake? How much are you working out in a week? You may want to talk to a personal trainer. If the doctor says it's not medical. Every one is a little different. How much time have you given yourself to see results? Sometimes it takes a while. More info. would be good.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Sounds to me more like you need to see a therapist rather than a dietician. At your age there is absolutely NO reason for you to be considering losing weight and extreme dieting like you've described can perminately mess up your body. You should talk with your doctor about maybe getting into some self esteem courses.
