Quit smoking!! And quit drinking soda and coffee as they also stain your teeth.

I used crest strips for 21 days. It really did make my teeth whiter and was half the cost of what the dentist charges. But unless you quit smoking they will just keep turning yellow!

I'm a coffee addict and former smoker. Crest whitestripes classic and renewal works well for me. The premium line did nothing for me. I've been using these for 3 years with great results. Another option is to get a Sonicare toothbrush. It made my teeth the whitest ever. Even my dentist said I didn't need a teeth bleaching. But be gentle and best to have ur dentist shwo you how to use it. I did and found out I was beating up my gums. Also rinse with water or brush after smoking or drinking coffee. Good luck!

Use crest white strips (beware they may make your teeth sensitive) or my fav: use Crest night time whitening. You use it at night before you go to bed and then brush it off in the a.m. Oh, and quit smoking, it is gross and has more negative effects than just yellow teeth!

Hi,
I'm a smoker and I'm using a mouthwash called "Listerine Whitening Pre-Brush Rinse". It's new and it works, my teeth aren't yellow any more, even though i still smoke.

I also found a site with stuff on getting whiter teeth as well as how to quit smoking:

I hope it helps. :)

They make a mouth rinse for smokers. It is called Targon. I have bought it for my husband, as he is a smoker and it works great. It cost a bit more than the regular mouth rinses though.
