I dont know the symptoms

yes, but usually they are caused by a genetic defect at that young of an age versus the more common cause, fat/cholesterol build-up over a life-time. unless you have a known genetic disease that is pre-disposed to heart attacks, you probably just have nothing to worry about.
symptoms - usually pain in the left arm radiating downward, shortness of breath, feeling faint.

Yes. Google heart attacks and read the symptoms.

One of my brothers had a heart attach at 23 and the other died of a massive cornonary at 43.

The symptoms are many, but chest pain in the left arm and left side of your chest are the most obvious.

Yes they can, The symptoms are usually that they have trouble breathing, their left arm usually starts to hurt, and they can feel a horrible pain in their upper torso.
