No, it does not hurt when they put them on. It hurts after for a while until your teeth get adjusted to them. Eat soft foods such as rice, applesauce or jello. Also, take an advil to reduce the pain.

it can take anywhere between 45 minutes to 2 hours. putting the braces on doesn't hurt, because its just glue. they'll put in the wires which are usally VERY thin wires, almost like fishing line, and you shouldn't feel any discomfort until tonight, and then for the next couple of visits until you get used to the braces. after that you'll be fine. and if you have to get teeth pulled they wont do it there, unless its a baby tooth, otherwise you have to go to an oral surgeon, but they try to keep as many teeth in there as possible.

they do not hurt at all. i just got mine today. it doesn't take too long, but you will have to wait for around 10 minutes, then the procedure will take around an hour.
the only part that you may feel minor pain is when they put the 4 metal pieces in.

I got mine tightened todayy. They hurt after. I have a very low tolorency for pain so it hurt me very badd. My didnt hurt until the next day. But mine hurt right now. I have coils that connect my teeth together.

no it shouldent hurt when you get them put on. but it will when your done cause your teeth will be really sore for a few days!!
