I just bought CLA (Conjugated Linolic Acid) from GNC and I work out 4-5 days a week (run 10-15 miles a week; plus 1-2 days of strenght training) but I have a good 5-10 lbs that I need to lose. Has anyone tried this to know if it works. An article in her muscle fitness claims it does.

results vary from person to person in terms of fat loss. you need to take 4-6 grams daily. since CLA is a fatty acid make sure that you take it with foods as it may be utilized for energy if consumed on an empty stomach. it may be several months before you see measurable results

they can work miracles if you take them correctly. They block your body from absorbing the bad fats when you eat. you need a 1000 mgs of it a day for it to work correctly.
