I am having a colonoscopy 2morrow and WASN'T suppose to take asiprins for the last 7 days BUT I have because i have headaches alot, so now I ask will they check for that in blood tests?

You must call them and discuss this right away. They warned you to avoid aspirin and several other specific medications so that you wouldn't experience any bleeding. You have already compromised yourself, but it's best to fess up now and reschedule the appointment if necessary.

They usually ask you not to eat anything with red dye in it either, like red pop-sicles.

I know the prep for this isn't pleasant, but I'd call the Doc, tell him you didn't follow orders and see what he will want to do. If you reschedule, follow the rules. I'd follow then mostly because the prep is bad enough for once a year much less twice.

no , but let them know you have taken aspirin,aspirin is a blood thinner, and if the have to cut off polyps you might bleed alot inside your colon
