Yes it's neurally okay. Nobody has perfectly symmetrical bodies and faces. How big is the difference? If it's small, or something that you just notice because you are aware of it, then don't worry about it. If it's huge, then maybe get it checked out.

No,he put 330cc in one side & only 30cc in the other! No wonder I'm walking lopsided all the time! I used to be equally flat on both sides though so I don't think we have a choice in the matter when we're born. :P

It's usually the case for both sides of the body. If you've noticed your hands, your pointer on your right hand will have a slightly different ring size than your left, etc. Unfortunately, that's the way we are.....

It is normal, and your boyfriend will not know the difference unless you point it out to him and compare. You are being self conscious, which is normal. Just get over it. It will take time to realize that no one has the perfect body, everyone has imperfections.
