well im 12 and a hald years old(turning thirteen on july) and i wieght 50 kg im 153 cm, i think im fat in my age so i want to loose weight on my stomach(espacially it doesnt show all that fat when i sit) and also on my thighs and a lil on my arms...but my question is how do i loose wieght? like 2-3-4 kg a week?

PLEASE HELP!

For some reason for the past two weeks I feel like there is something at the bottom of my throat. I can breathe and eat fine, but trying to swallow my spit I feel like it gets stuck in there. I keep trying to cough it out but it doesn't come up and I end up hurting my throat. It gets worse when I lay down to sleep at night. Anyone know what it could be and if it will ever go away? Also when I breathe in through my nose, I also feel air going down my throat.

i know there are likes of different kinds of tampons out there.but everytime i put a tampon in it just fails back out should i not use tampons or just a different brand.

ok i know you should'nt eat before bed, and yeah the whole diet thing blah blah blah.....i always dont eat like after 9 and i go to sleep at from 12-1 so thats mostly like a 4 hour diffrence .... i always though that was a good rule but than i heard that if ur on a diet you should not eat 6 hours before goin to sleep, and of course i dont fatty for dinner or much so yeah =/...

How do you cope with Mother's Day if your mother is deceased? My mom passed away in 1993 and I still cry and have an awful day every Mother's Day. I don't want to go to her grave and become more depressed, I want to be distracted from the rest of our society's celebration of Mother's Day so it isn't so upsetting.

Sorry for rambling.
Any suggestions?

On Oct. 4, 2006 I underwent CABG x5 bypasses. My concern is that I may have widespread atherosclerosis. For 5-8 years I have had some symptoms of PAD in my lower extremities. Including Intermitant Claudication and ED. I wonder if it may be affecting my vital organs as well. I also am concerned about Carotid Artery Disease. Are these concerns real or unnecessary? I plan to see my PCP but wanted an openion from someone in the health sciences especially with regard to vascular science. Am I too concerned? Not enough?

I also have COPD (Emphysema), Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis, Sleep Apnea, Hypertension and Bipolar Disorder.

i dont do any house chore around the house. i let my parents do the work and i treat them badly. if im watching t.v. and my parents take the remote away from me, i curse them out and grab it back.

My niece was accidentally given paxil when she was 14 and she has no history of anxiety or depression, she was actually prescribed Zantac. She took it for over a month at a higher dose than adults take. She now suffers from chronic migranes. Does anyone know if this could be from the paxil? The people at Paxil just don't know or choose not to say what the damage could be long term.

I put 2 scoops of whey protein (24 g of protein in each scoop), 2 cups of milk (16 g of protein), and some peanut butter ( about 5-7 g of protein). Would it be better if I used 1 scoop of protein instead of 2? Am I actually wasting protein by having so much in one drink? Someone told me that the body can't use all of that protein at once, so a lot of it is a waste. Is this true?

I can make myself lose focus on an object, so its like I kinda see double of the object im looking at. My one eye will go off to the side and look one way while my other eye will look streight ahead. What causes this?

i have a fever..... i huge head acke..... my tummy hurts i little bit....my head feels bigger than my whole body, and my eyes hurt... and u'm dehydrated

I used half a box of tapon plastic pearl...... but i cound't get any in all the way... lets see that was on monday, i've had head aches since than...... its sunday now.

i also put in some fake nails, and i put them in my mouth..... its that salty thing that hardens making me sick

or am i just over reactting...... i slept with my tv on very loud....... and i had gone to sleep with a camping blanket and no aircondition...... but that was because i was cold
