I'm 13 years old, 5'7'' and about 120 pounds (give or take a few pounds) First of all, what's your opinion on that weight? is it too much? And If so, how much weight should I lose? I really want to lose about 10 pounds. When I don't eat much, I feel skinny, but when i DO, I feel grotesquely fat. Is this normal? Why does my stomach get bigger when I eat? Also, are apple, yogurt, and bananas good for weightloss?
I'm a size 1 or 3, so a small, but I always feel HUGE. All the stars and celebrities are taller than me and weigh a lot less than me. It makes me feel huge.
Help please!!
