it depends. if you are already thin or close to it, it will be hard to lose any. The best bet is to excercise more. You will lose mass, but not weight. It's not what you weight that matters, its more what you look and feel like. You would be suprised how much very fit people weigh. Also. You are at a perfect weight. Just tone up if you are not pleased.

Be careful and don't stop eating all together.. Something important you need to know is that muscle weighs much more than fat does.. If you're toned and small you'll still weigh more than if you're chubby and not toned.
So if you're planning on dropping a few pounds, just cut back on your calories and go for a light jog or walk. You don't have to go out and buy all this healthy food like most diets you'll find say you have to do.. Just have self control.
Check out the following link - it's got a few websites that you can take a look at and decide which one will be the right one for you.
* By the way, it's safe to eat past 5:00 or 6:00 PM.. Lol.. I find it funny that most people are afraid to do so. Your body will use those calories the following day.. And when you're sleeping your body really isn't processing the food as fast as it normally would so it's not like you're gaining weight when you're sleeping.

That subject is truthfully nonetheless up debate. It's been stated that running with additional weight throws off your common steadiness inflicting extra of a hazard for damage. I do not suppose it might support a lot besides and although it did, it would not be plenty. You'd lose extra weight for those who attempted to jog as an alternative of stroll. You might begin a pursuits by way of running for five minutes, strolling for five minutes, running for five minutes, and many others. till you achieve your target of 30 minutes. That's what I did to begin and now I'm as much as running for five, strolling for 15, and running once more for the final 10.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

First things first drop sweets, soda, artificial juice, candy, ice cream all empty Cal's. Exercise 20Min's a day that's all you really need to get back in shape. Drink lots of water at least 8 cups daily your body has to hydrated in order to metabolize your food intake. At one of the most import things do not eat late after dinner after the bar at 3:00 in the morning this will not help. Good Luck

Actually you are at the weight your suppose to be. For every five feet, you add 100 pounds, and every inch you add five. If you really want to loose a few pounds, which you don't need, do cardio, and cut down on fat, and don't eat after 5, or 6.

Just cut out a few things each day, that extra snack or sweet drinks. Increase your exercise. Don't go on a strict diet.

You need to cut calories and excercise. Try to cut out sugar and walk/run/bike/swim three times a week. A pound is 3500 calories so to drop a pound you need to cut 3500 calories or burn it.

100 pounds is probably good at five feet! Maybe you would like to tone up to replace a little fat?
