Yep I have it, I am almost 50 and I deal with it by ignoring it, doing Pilates, Aqua Jogging and keeping as supple as I can. Medications anti-inflammatory, morphine, Valium and lyrica. I am female but have Psoriasis and RA as well. Lower back the most. First Psoriasis at 16 and first sign of Arthritis 21, not diagnosed until I was 29.
