Im 23 years old I'm still not losing weight and still weigh 10 stones ive been doing this for 3weeks..........i take brewers yeast Gingo,bilibo, kelp and sperillina and goji berries for a treat............i want to loose a stone what else do i have to do ive done everything i can possibly thing of.

practising veggy also so i only eat sea foods or salmon...........!!!!!!

you need to eat lots of fruits, veggies, whole grains, low or non fat dairy and healthy fats such as olive or flax oil. You body needs some fat to survive if your not eating enough fat the body goes into starvation mode and starts holding on to all it can making it hard to lose weight. In order to lose weight it helps to do any hour of cardio excersise a day 30 minutes usually just maintains the weight you have. And remember weight loss can take time. Also remember to drink plenty of water while excersising.

so 10 stones is 140 lbs so your BMR is estimated at 1,500 cals a day, so consume no less than that. I would also exercise for 60-80 minutes 4-6x a week at a high level of intensity. exercising at a high level of intensity not only burns more calories during exercise but causes the greatest increase in the metabolic rate after exercise.

10 'stones'? ok, any way, eat lots of fruits and vegies,and keep biking. Most of all though, read nutrition labels. Anything high in fat/sodium/and cals. you probly shouldn't eat. And anything that has 'high frutos corn syrup' in it DO NOT touch!!
