i have pain in the lower left side of my body. it hurts really bad;especially when breathe in,walk,or cough. what is this???

This is not appendicitis. The appendix is on the right side of the body. You could have pulled a muscle in the abdomen or overused the muscles. Another possibility is constipation. That will cause severe pain.

While it is probably not appendicitis, it could be, and you could be experiencing referred pain. In any case, best to see a physician and get a real diagnosis, since there are many things it could be.

I'm pretty sure it isn't appendicitis because I think your appendix is on your right side but that doesn't sound good and you probably should get it checked out just to be safe.
