I'm constantly craving Iced Donuts, Heavely iced cake and heaps of icing like boston buns and cupcakes.

I'm on weight watchers so i can't really have 1 (don't know what the points value is). Is it just craving? Or may i be lacking sugar??

You aren't lacking sugar. Your body is probably so used to having lots of sugar and donuts that it craves them. Stop eating them and in a week or two you will no longer desire them like this. Sugar is like a drug, you have some and always want more!

They are most likely cravings because you have started a diet. I come completely understand. I've been going through the same thing. I would recommend when a sugar crave hits try a miniature candy bar or a piece of gum. Gives you the sweet flavor that you want but no were near the calories.

You need to spread out your calorie intake by eating small mini meals throughout your day. Try healthy snacks such as almonds, yogurt, hard boiled egg. If you have a craving for a donut try the mini size or share a portion with a friend.

you can get rid of ANY cravings in 3 days, just be strong and dont give in.

Cravings only last 15mins.....hold it out its not real

Suck a lollypop............... or chew gum!!!!!!

Or wear a tiger eye crystal which helps stop that cravings effect!!!!
