find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Aw hunny what your experiencing is completely normal. I know with the pressures of today society it makes it hard to keep your weight off your mind. But breaking the mold and standing out is what ultimately makes you beautiful! Society manipulates us to believe that only a size zero can be attractive. But that isn't true. Nothing could be farther from the truth. Your still a kid enjoy these last few years of your life. And for the people who tease you about it just tell them to stop being so ignorant and shallow. As i said before your a beautiful girl give yourself more credit! You don't need to lose weight! Good luck! I hope i could help!

I think you should talk to your family doctor about your concerns. Your doctor will be able to suggest healthy ways to lose weight and also talk to you about what a normal weight might be for you. She/he might also try to involve your family members to support you in your goals. You can take small steps to change your daily routine and then move onto larger steps. The first thing I would do if I were you would be to increase your activity level. You need to move for at least half an hour a day. If you like tae bo, then continue doing that. I would also suggest taking long walks, going on bike rides, and maybe joining a team at your school if that's possible for you. I would also start paying attention to your eating habits. Make sure that you're eating only when you're hungry, not when you're just bored or lonely. Also, try to cut out unhealthy snacks, and replace them with fruits and vegetables. Drink lots of water, and try not to drink sugary sodas or juices. Focus on becoming healthier--not just becoming skinny.

But please try not to obsess about your weight! You're at a really difficult age--trust me, I've been there too! You need to concentrate on the positive things about yourself as well.

Good luck!
