I don't take them anymore, but I did when I was much young @ around 7-8. Then I got off of them @ 10 when the doctor discovered I had despression w/ no more signs of having seizure anymore. He took me off of those meds and claimed since that I took them alittle too long than recommended, that it caused chemical unbalance; thus having depression.

Is that even possible & are there anyone w/ similiar stories?

I have 3 canker sores on my lower jaw at the front part of it. So if I bend down my lip I can see them. I've been brushing my teeth constantly, flossing, and using mouthwash. They've been there for almost 3 weeks and it seriously starting to hurt. I know they are brought on with stress but I didn't have any stress 3 weeks ago. Is it infected? What is your way to get rid of canker sores?

about 2 day ago i went out with my friends but before i went out i brush my teeth i went to a friends place and drunk about 2 class of red wine and about 2 hour later we bought some smokes and this is the fierst time ive even smoke and never doing it again we also bought 2 cigars with we smokes i did like it thou i dont even like smoking that night but my freinds were like you pussy and stuff and they realy anoyed me so i did it and the nextt morning my toung felt realy weired and it still fell like that could it be a posibily that i got oral cancer from that and should i go see a doctor as soon as posible

Hi, I have been using the Evra Patch for more than 2 years. Currently, I am on my 3rd week of patch and am supposed to remove the patch on this Sun, 29 April to allow my menses to come. However, I am going overseas on Sun and would like to delay my period. Should I use another patch on Sun to delay it? This would bring me to 4 patches in a month. Or should I remove the patch as usual and take hormonal pills? Thanks!

i think that the fast food places should stop advertising those little toys because it attracts more kids, and i think that there should be less electronic games being made because kids end up lying on the couch playing them when they should be doing some healthy exercise. i know this because all of the obese kids at my elementary school do that.

is there something wrong with my heart rate
im 15 and in my health class, we calculated our heart rates
my resting heart rate is 82, which was higher than most peoples
but when it came to physical exercise, my heart rate was well below other peoples
my jogging heart rate was 106 compared to some people with 120
do i hav a problem?

ps im on my high school basketball team and am in great physical condition

Or is this hernia? Its lower on my leg than my abdomen, about the area where my penis begins, but on my leg. It's sore, about 1X1". I had an intense game of soccer plus i've been active latley. It's been 2 days no activity, still just as, or more sore than tuesday.

It's slightly sore higher up towards the abdomen, but this may be inflamation of the muscle or maybe my subconcious worrieng. It doesnt hurt to cough or anything..or lift.. it hurts when i walk, as if it is stretching out...

What is this?

me and her have known eachother for much over a year, we talk about all types of personal things, and i always make her feel better about them. this week she hasn't been talking to anyone, she is VERY upset about something but i have not been able to talk to her. i tried everything, in school, online, and thru other friends, but no one knows whats wrong, and she won't talk to me. but i see her talk to other people. she shouldn't have anything against me sometimes in school when something funny happens she still looks to me to see my reaction, giving me that kind bright smile like always. but i havn't done anything that could make her upset. i dont know how to talk to her again, PLEASEEEEEEE HELPPPPP

Hi people. I hope you can help me. I have had Panic attacks and suffered from Agoraphobia. Oh ya and i have OCD. I pull my eyelashes out. A couple years ago i started valuim, then i got pregnant so i stopped cold turkey. WOW it was bad. I had attacks all day all night. Now its been 2 years i have beed drug free untill last night. I started takeing Lexapro. Tonight is my second night. I when to the food store and had a very very bad attack i thought i was going to faint. What medications are out there that are best for my problem. Remember i cant take valium or anything addicting. Is lexapro good or should i try something different? thanks everyone :}

My dad had a surgery to remove his brain aneurysm in December '06 and since then he's had a problem with sleeping, he's sensitive to cold and heat (on his head where the surgery took place) and no one seems to know what could be the problem. He's been through MRI's and CT scans but the docs can't find anything. He was in a sleep study not too long ago and during that he's had 37 awakenings during the duration of the study (9:30pm - 6:30am) and had an REM score of 000.0%, (Rapid Eye Movement) which of course means he didn't fall asleep. I don't like seeing him like this because it's tearing him down mentally and physically and he tries to be up and playful to be with my son (his grandson) who is 5 months old. I would like to help him anyway I can. Any outside help would be very much appreciated.

I just did an incredibly stupid thing.

I was was emptying a CO2 cartridge and when it was empty, I got an unresistable urge to touch it with my tongue. I don't know why, but I did it. It was just the tip of my tongue, and as predicted, it stuck to the frozen over end of the cartridge. In a panic I yanked on it and got it detached, but not without the surface of my tongue still stuck to it!.

Currently its been bleeding for 33 minutes. How long will it continue on like this? Is there any serious problems with this type of damage to my tongue? When I eat, is there any serious problems? Will the skin of the tip of my tongue ever grow back? How long is the grow-back time?

Any help is well appreciated.

Sometimes when I play videogames on a little tv screen my vision gets blurry and I quit for about 30 minutes and it goes away. This only happens on the little round screen tv but it doesn't happen on the flatscreen tv. Can i damage my eyes from playing too much videogames on the little tv?
