Well you need both fruits and veggies as you get different nutrients from them but out of the two, I would have to say vegetables as they have very little sugar in them whereas fruit has quite a bit of natural sugar. I guess this is why they say to eat more veggies than fruit.

veggies. fruits contain many natural sugars..eat fruits in moderation.

both..cuz fruits have nutrients that veggies dont have and veggies dont have sme of the nutrients tat fruits have..so it better to eat both!!!

Veggies b.c they contain more minerals which helps majority for your nervous system more than vitamins more in fruits.

both have plenty to offer nutritionally, no one food is the be all end all, it is the combination that makes them good and they work together.
