Over the last week or so the bones in my wrists and my ankles have been hurting, at one point, I was getting a numb feeling in these joints quite frequently, however that seems to have stopped, and now my bones in my hands feet and neck all seem to be aching all of the time and i've become really weak, sometimes it's even difficult to have a shower because it hurts. I know this sounds like arthritis, however my doctor has already run a heap of blood tests for arthritis and the like, which all came back negative. I was just wondering if anyone else has had a similar problem, or might have any idea about what it could be?

since the crazy guy do violence to me I have been in panic.
I was strukt on the lip and head then. and so I lost what I am all about. When my tongue come at my teeth and lip which he touch, mental action of mine is stoped.so I wrap my teeth in a smoll piece of vinyl and have a vinyl in my mouth. I am taking it hard now. How long will the agony last? What shall I do?

I just discussed polycystic overies with my doctor Tuesday. He said we'd discuss it next time because he was checking so many other things this week.
I am insulin resistant and have never been pregnant...so I kinda fit the polycystic profile. And I noticed my first "old lady " chin hair this week.


What do you think?
Are my periods too close?
Do you think I cold be polycystic?
Any chance I can persuade these doctors
into performing a hysterectomy if I am polycistic?

Yes, I am breastfeeding :) I know it's the best way to lose the weight. I'm 7 month post partum. I lost 27 pounds in the first 2 months and then just STOPPED. It was going so quick and I was so excited because I was losing it so fast. But I've hit a wall now and still need to lose 10 pounds, preferable 10-15 but at least 10.

Right now I'm eating pretty much whatever I want and whenever I want because I've been worried about not eating enough, or not eating the right things...so I've pretty much been including EVERYTHING in my diet (including junk food, though I know I don't need that, lol).

Can anyone give me a day by day, weeks or months worth, of a diet fit for a breastfeeding mom? I'm 5'3" and about 125 lbs at the moment. The right calory intake would help me too. I don't get much exercise, in case you needed to know that. My daughter has allergies so I don't get outside much.

I have a bag of unused prescription meds (pills) that belonged to my husband. I tried returning them to the hospital pharmacy, where they were purchased, so they could dispose of them.
