Seek a specialist OB/GYN

You need help. Please go. Not worth trusting an ER person in this case. They will most likely do an Ultrasound or MRI.
You could have miscarried.... is that possible?
Both Tumors and certain Cysts present themselves in differnt ways. My endrometriosis "areas" case excessive bleeding and pain in my cycle. Just go.
Take care.

Could be related to an infection, or a possible hormone imbalance. Sometimes a thyroid problem can present itself in women by causing irregular bleeding (I just learned that yesterday from my gynecologist).

I would recommend a follow up with your primary care physician (if you don't have a gynecologist) if you have one, but preferably a gynecologist if you have one.
